Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:

Payment will be done via PayPal Invoice
USD only, Payment UPFRONT

Commercial use of my work is not permitted

I hold all rights to my work
- The commissioner or otherwise shall not edit, trace, remove watermark, or claim the work as their own.Right to Refusal
- I hold the right to deny any commissions if I believe violates my ToS or if I find myself incapable of completing such request.Refund Policy
- If for any reason you need to cancel the commission, please let me know as soon as possible as refunds are partial and will vary depending on how far the commission has progressed.

General rule for refunds

  • Sketching phase ~ 85% refund

  • Lineart/flat coloring ~ 55% refund

  • Rendering ~ 30% refund

IMPORTANT
If the commission is near completion or is completed and you have requested a refund at this point, 10% or less will be refunded and the piece will not be published nor will you receive the final product.

Commission Times
- I will be keeping contact with you, the commissioner, on the progress of the commission and which phase it's currently in. I will also be providing a link on where you are on the queue here.

General timeframe

  • Emotes | 1-2 week

  • Illustrations | 2-4 weeks

  • Reference sheets | 3-6 weeks

- If you need to push the commission to a specific time sooner than expected, a rush fee will be applied; ranging between +50%-100%.Additional info
- Once you understand my ToS, feel free to contact me via my art twitter or my email for a submission. You can also contact me for any additional info beforehand.

- I will post the finished product the day of completion. If not, the following day. If you do not want me to post the finish product, let me know in advance.
- Multiple revisions are allowed during the sketching phase of the commission. Afterwards, I will only allow 1 major editing revision. (I.e. changing poses, color palette, etc.) Any more will results in a +20% major revision fee.

  • Full Nudity / NSFW

  • Heavy/intense Gore
